Annoying sounds in the motor flywheel comes out when running on the treadmill. as you run on it.

mine is making a loud creaky plastic sound when i walk or do anything on it loud and very annoying everything is tightened

Run the utility software calibration for easy diagnostic and fix it.
Go under the HOOD cover motor, and follow the steps

1) Faulty sensor speed try to adjust it face to face magneto motor
2)Sensor speed try to tight the connector very well.
3) Replace if neceesary.4) Main motor faulty or burn. Test 115vac for input measure without load fore easy running.
5) Test the main motor controller board for 115vac input and output for +5VCD,
6) Adjust the deck bel for 2-3" for lift max.
7)Lubricate the deck bel.
8) Test the transformer for input and secondary voltage.
See the block diagram for illustration how the main motor controller has 90% aprox of function of any treadmills.

Walk on a treadmill to calculate distance.
Most electronic treadmills allow you to program for an alarm or beep when you've walked a certain distance.
Try to turn off reading your owner manual.
And check if there are some error code?.

Try to lubricate the running belt. If the lubrication is not proper then the belt will make noise. You have to use silicon lubrican for the same . Watch the following video to know how to lubricat the treadmill.

You should try cleaning all the fans inside your PC once in a while.

Fans, especially in your video card would spin faster whenever you used the video card performance by playing online games that rely on graphics.

It is very normal. What is not is the annoying sounds you are hearing. It should not be. These sounds is cause by dirt accumulating on your blowers and fans. Just clean and the annoying sounds will go away.

Does it sound metallic clicking? How long have you noticed the clicking?

Check that the condenser isn't clogged up with pet fur and dust. That will cause your symptom.

The manager settings have been set for 20 min. max.
Dont remember on the next gen but will check for how to enter settings.
