Hello! Here is the solution for your problem: 1. Go to: http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=218&subCatID=219&prodID=15360&prodName=Live!%20Cam%20Video%20IM%20%28VF0220%29&subCatName=WebCam&CatName=Web+Cameras
3. After the download is finished, double click on the downloaded file, and click "Run" (or "Install"). Confirm installing and wait until the process is finished. You might need to plug in your webcam during installation.
4. Unplug the camera and restart your system.
5. The device should be now automatically recognized and work fine.
When you don't have the drivers-cd: - Download the XP-drivers of your webcam (and unpack them if they are zipped).
Else start with these steps
1. Uninstall whatever webcam driver you have previously attempted to install. 2. From the device manager, scan for new hardware, and your webcam will be recognized and will continue to search for a driver. 3. If asked for for further search.. choose the place where it must search (cd or your downloaded driver-map) 4. Just allow the prompts to continue with the installation. 5. When the driver is successfully installed, you can test it right away.
