How can I restore my access to Netflix?

this is all i could find out.
Turn off or unplug your Blu-ray player. Unplug your modem (and your wireless router, if it's a separate device) from power for 30 seconds. Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.

Try to delete netflix, then reinstall the application, then try to see if it works.

Enter the code on nintendo's site. If it is not helpful you can get a disk from netflix.
