No music files found in my music player

First, you have to put some music files in memory card using a card reader or using data cable.
Then you need to update media library to see the music files. DO the following:
1. open music player 2. Select Option 3. Click Media Library 4. Again go to option and select Update Library
You will see all your music files in music player.

Not able to load songs to jamm mp3

Hi,
Mp3 player might not load due to some reasons:

Using a wrong format of file.
Being affected by virus.
Mp3 player not updated.

You can use the instruction to update the mp3 player.

The MP3 is a popular audio format for distributing music, audiobooks, podcasts and more. MP3 players and online music stores are common everyday tools, and some people create MP3s themselves. Because of the wide variety of sources for MP3 music, sometimes the audio files have incorrect "tags" associated with them. If you make MP3s yourself, human error easily leads to music categorized in the wrong genre or album names accidentally misspelled. But all is not lost. You can easily update MP3 music using simple and free softwaremag-glass_10x10.gif. If you have a large collection of MP3 music, updating your files can make your music library more organized.

Download the MediaMonkey application if you want a versatile program that can update your MP3mag-glass_10x10.gif music. MediaMonkey is available in two versions. One of these is free and includes some advertisements in the program. The "Gold" version requires a paid license and offers some basic audio editing capabilities and the ability to control more than one distinct library of MP3 music. Both versions offer features to update MP3 tags. You can change the genre, artist, track names, album names and many other parameters that identify the MP3s. These changes affect not just the organization of music and other audio files within MediaMonkey, but also any other devices onto which you copy the MP3s.

Install MP3 Tag Tools for a simple free open-source program to edit MP3 tags. According to the software designer, MP3 Tag Tools starts the MP3 update process as soon as you double-click an MP3 in the program's file list. Keyboard shortcuts streamline the operation of this process if you need to update multiple MP3 music files. Use the arrow and "Enter" keys on your keyboard to navigate a list of MP3 music and update any tags you wish to change. The program downloads from SourceForge, a website distribution service for open-source software.
Download ID3-TagIT for a free program that updates MP3 music. The program downloads from CNET. ID-TagIT offers batch update features so you can quickly update a large collection of MP3 music at once. A novel feature of the program is the ability to automatically update MP3 music tags based on the name of the file directories in which they are stored. The program supports multiple tag protocols so you can read and update MP3 music that was created with nearly any other program.
