HOW DO I DELETE PROFILE DATA FROM MY TRACKER? Fitbit uses your height, weight, and age measurements to properly calculate your stride length (which helps determine your distance), calorie burn, and active minutes.

To delete your profile measurements from your tracker, the tracker must be set up to a different account. Once a tracker is set up to a different account, it will automatically unlink itself from the dashboard and all of the tracker's stored data will be permanently deleted from the tracker. You can enter or leave the "Sleep mode" by tapping the Flex rapidly for 1-2 seconds. You'll feel a vibration and the LEDs will blink. (The blinks will depend on if you are entering or leaving sleep mode.) In this mode, the Fitbit Flex reduces the LED intensity and doesn't give alerts. Afterwards, it will provide some data about your sleep pattern - length, movement, waking up during the night. This can help you determine the quality of your sleep. (Note: it isn't a replacement for consulting a doctor if you always wake up tired.)

(You can manually enter your sleep and wake times into the app without using "Sleep mode". Then the app will use the movement data from the Flex to determine sleep quality. However, LED lights (primarily blue frequencies) are known to reduce sleep quality so dimming them helps most people sleep better. The alerts will also interrupt your sleep and reduce the quality.)

When a phone screen is blank or has a white screen, etc, there are three things that could be the cause;


1. Bad/defective screen and the solution is screen replacement. (In your case, your screen might be failing).
2. Software/Virus problem and solution is to flash the phone
3. Flex problem and solution is to change the flex. In some cases the flex might have shifted or not in it's right position, in this case, just fix the flex back properly and all will be well.


Bad/defective screen:


If your phone is having a white screen, first thing to do is dismantle the phone carefully, check if the screen is properly fixed to the phone board, also check if screen flex is intact. Once you've confirmed that all these are okay and screen is not still coming up, then it means your screen is bad. You can go ahead and replace the screen.


Make sure you confirm the screen is bad before you do any replacement.


Software/Virus:


Sometimes software/virus problem on phones are mistaken to screen problem. When a screen is white or blank, sometimes it's a virus problem. To further confirm, turn on the phone, wait for about 2 minutes when you know the phone must have booted fully, then use another phone to call the phone with white or blank screen. If the phone rings, it means it's not a virus problem, but if it doesn't ring, it means it's a software/virus problem.


If you discover your phone has a virus problem, you will have to flash the phone for it to display again,


Flex problem


When your phone screen is blank, white, has horizontal/vertical lines, turn images up-side-down, etc, be calm, there is nothing wrong with your screen, the problem is from the flex that connects your screen to the phone's main board. This flex must have worn out, that's why your screen is acting like any of the mentioned problem.


This is usually common with flip and slide phones. The flex worn out as a result of constant opening and close of the flip or slide phone. Samsung and Motorola phones mostly have this kind of problems.


Replacing the flex is the only solution to this problem. If you cannot change the flex yourself, maybe you should take the phone to a local repairer within your vicinity, so that the flex can be replaced.

Hi,blank screen for Motorola phones are usually caused by the flex of the phone.
Sometimes it might appear in white screen display too.

The flex of the phone is located inside the phone, it controls the functions of the screen an also the keypads of the phone.

The flex is a thread like object that is located inside the phone. To see the flex, you will need to disassemble the phone to get to the flex of the phone.

After replacing the phone flex, your done.

Also it might be the screen of the phone. But in other to know if it's the screen, you will need to test a new flex.

You can get a replacement flex from any of the phone repair stores around you.

The screen blank might also be from the screen itself. But to confirm if it's the screen,you willneed to replace the flex first,and after replacingthe flex,if it doesn't display,then you will know that it's the screen that is damaged.

i think your flex ( the one w/c connects the lawer and upper part of your phone has a problem). you need to realine ore totally replace the flex. you can ask with celphone cervice center near you. good lack,,,,,,,
