Ld code. It won't drain. Not the drain pump (I changed) and not clogged pipe.

LD usually means long drain for washing machines. There may be something clogging the drain filter area, a problem with the drain pump (or something blocking the pump impellar), or a clog in the drain pipe. Please add your washer model number (including the prefix). Then I can check how to access the drain pump. Usually there is a panel on the side of the back that you need to remove to access the drain filter Unplug the washer first. Make sure to have a bucket nearby to catch excess water when you open the filter cover.

IH indicates that the washer is set for a 1 Hour delay. This can be cleared by powering off the washer.

OE in your dishwasher is a drain error and dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. If the issue returns after cleaning then the drain pump assembly should be replaced. Well error Ld means - Long drain - The Ld error code indicates a long drain. It is displayed when water level does not change while the drain pump is running. Anyway you can please check out the following steps -
Is the drain hose kinked or clogged?
Check the drain pump for clogs. Is it running?
Is the drain hose height greater than 95 inches?
Is the pressure switch hose connection from the tub to the machine control board pinched or plugged?
Do you see excessive suds in the basket? Are you using high efficiency (HE) detergent?

You can try to reset your washer by Pressing STOP/CANCEL. Please check out all the above steps, post comments if further you have the same problem.......

Ld=Long drain. If it takes longer than five minutes to drain the water the operating pressure switch resets. Most common problem associated with this code is a clogged or failing water pump and hoses.

ob=Off balance. Open the lid and redistribute the clothes evenly around the tub, close lid and press the start button.

“F21” (AKA SD) is a Long (SLOW) Drain error (LD). If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes this error code will be displayed. In addition, a “SUDS” error may also be displayed. This may be an indication of a drain pump problem and/or clog in the drain line. You will need to check the following:


1.First, attempt to unplug the washer for at LEAST 30 minutes to reset the Central Control Unit (CCU). Sometimes this is all that is required to correct momentary glitches with the unit. If the error code returns, proceed to step 2.
2.Check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or clogged.
3.Check the electrical connections to the pump and ensure the pump is running.
4.Remove the drain pump filter and check for foreign objects and/or debris.
