Freeview Help: Missing Freeview Channels - Radio and Telly
SOURCE: Toshiba 19DV500 b will only
Hi, sounds like you are in Analouge mode and not in DTV mode so you can't access the DTV menu to tune in the tv.
Press the 'SOURCE' button and move to DTV using the arrow keys, then press ok and if channels aren't already tuned you will now be able to tune them by accessing the DTV menu by pressing the 'MENU' key on the remote control.
If you don't have the manual you can download it or view it by clicking ----> HERE
Hope this helps.

In that case you need to auto scan your TV to get all available channels on your location..
Go to menu and find auto scan and enter it..For best results please complete the 100% scan..

TV is searching for over the air channels. Select in the main menu to go
from over the air to cable channels and you should be fine.
SOURCE: Why do I lose All BBC channels every time it rains
Are you using a Satellite dish for your signal? Rain adversly affects signal with satellite dishes, or if the incoming signal is from a satellite based transmission from the BBC, channels will be "knocked out" temporarily.
