The Innovage code list gives LG (Goldstar) TV only codes: 004, 005, 009, 056, 057, 155, 156, 172 . A manual code search is also available. Turn on the LG unit, aim the remote at the TV and press and hold Code Search until the LED lights up solid red. Push the TV button on the remote and then slowly press the on/off button until the TV responds. Then press Enter to store the code on the remote.

The only other issue is the age of the remote. Universal remotes only have the codes that correspond to devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. If your TV is newer, then you need a newer remote.

Hi there my name is Kimberly Escobar with DISH Network Customer Support. I understand you need the codes to program a DISH Network remote model 3.0 to an LG T.V. Some of the codes we have are 678, 506, 520,123, 000, 512, and 213. To integrate the code into the remote you would need to press and hold the clear T.V button at the top until all the other top buttons light up in red, then once you see them light up you would need to enter one of your codes followed by the pound key (#) for example if you choose code 678 it would be 678#. After you press pound the T.V button will flash in red 3 times after that try the remote and make sure it functions with your T.V. I hope this is helpful to you. I have provided a link with instructions on how to program your DISH remote to your LG TV. Just click on the link, select your receiver model, and then follow the directions. At the bottom of the page is a link with the TV codes. Again, select your receiver model and look for your TV model. I hope this helps.
