The problem is in the graphics card. If the monitor connects to the onboard video circuits, them you'll need to replace the motherboard.

How to get hdmi on emachines model w3611 without buying anything, is there a plugin inside?

No. The W3611 only has a VGA output on the motherboard. To add an HDMI port, you will need a video card. If you choose an internal card, the machine will probably need a better power supply (400W or higher). You will also need to remove the card that is currently in the PCI-e x16 slot (probably the Fax modem).

There are some external video adapters that connect to the USB port. Some have HDMI out. However, if you want to play games or moves, these are often not a good option. They are limited by the USB 2.0 port.

CNET gives the specifications for the W3611 here: http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/emachines-w3611/4507-3118_7-32329686.html .

I hope this helps.

Upgraded memory in W3611. Won't start. Gives three long beeps instead. Restored old memory. Won't start. Gives three long beeps instead.

Remove RAM(S), clean the ram slot by blowing air, fix RAM(s) back in position untill both the side clamps are properly locked.
If problem persists try resetting motherboard via jumper pins on the motherboard.

My w3611 emachine froze and will not boot up. I get three beeps if I try. I am thinking it might be the processor, onboard graphics, or the bios.

Well if it's 3 short beeps then its a RAM failure. If its 1 long and two short then it;s a video monitor issue. 3 long beeps is a keyboard or keyboard card error.

Emachines wont boot

Bad capacitor(s) on the motherboard can cause this problem, corrupted BIOS maybe... try flashing BIOS.
Probably the CPU if your not getting any error code beeps on startup.. NO Processor for the BIOS instructions thus no Beeps !
