Getting them out is easy enough, but putting them back needs a press. A jeweler is the best equipped to do this. It is more cost efficient to just spend $30 on a new one.

To remove the glass crystal, you remove the back, remove the movement and then use a press, or even your thumb to press the crystal out.

The back should be placed back, but you must know, in the raised edge is a little notch. that should point to the crown. then make sure it slides in the back and press with both tubs and fingers on two sides, till it clicks. You should have strong fingers and not bend the razed edge.
If tour fingers are not strong enough, you could try to put the watch on a table, back down and then press on the front. NOT on the glass, but on the edge. It takes some practice and be aware you could damage the watch beond repair, if you don't do it right. next time just go back to the store. It could cost a few box extra, but your watch will live longer.

remove the movement and press the glass out from the back. Not a job if you do not have the right tools. Suggest you send to a watch maker.

You can do it only after the movement is taken out. And for glass removal you need a special press. Save your nerves and your watch - visit your nearest watch maker and ask him to do that.

you can go to fossil.com and they have a repair site for like thirty bucks you can pay to have any parts repaired guess thats what i will have to do to get a replacement band for my own.

Go to a watchmaker/technician. They will have a press that they can use to apply even pressure putting the crystal back in place. Be careful that you do not lose the teflon seal sitting where the crystal goes and do not let any dirt or contaminants get to the face of the watch. Be sure you ask them to pressure test it to be sure it is water resistant.

If you are shure that your watch has a removable caseback then you have to use special case opening tool (looks like knife with very short and curved blade). Insert blade into the groove and applying great and steady pressure turn the opener upwards. The back should come off. Make sure the blade doesn't slip, oterwise you will damage the movement.
As your watch model is obsolete, I compared it to MQ24-7BLL and find that this movement should be opened from the front- First the glass must be removed, then stem with crown and then movement itself. In this case you will not be able to do it yourself as special tool for removing glass is needed. If you will try it anyway, you will end up with snapped glass as it is set with great pressure to make case water resistant.
