If you haven't the model number, you just buy one universal remote control, which can be programmed for your Thomsun Tv. Just note the model number of the TV you specifed on your post here, and see the catelogue along with that universal remote control, whether your TV model is listed in it or not. If listed there will be a code for it to programme, and the procedeure for programming. OK.

hi there.i presume you mean the line output transformer? the part number on the side is what you need ,then get in touch with grandata (uk company) who should be able to supply you with one.or alternatively chs.(chas hyde and sons).the problem now is that a lot of tv spares companies are now geared towards lcd and plasma spares,so its possible it would need to be put on special order.hope this helps, regards, steve

I have an old Thomson TV 21FDR more than 10 years old. Recently the Tv screen has a lot of disturbances with the screen full of hirizontal lines and a hissing sound. A well trained technican had replaced the tuner with a new one . But after some 2-3 days the same problem is with the tv. Kindly help me with suggestions.

You need to have the model number (DRC 8335) and the serial number before you call.

Apparently this model has had a lot of problems as they have set up this number specificaly for this model. They will ask you a few questions and then they will send you another unit. You will to pay to ship it yourself. You should read the reviews on Amazon.com.

As for geting your VHS Tape out ...Hopefully when they send you a new machine they can send your tape back with it...but dont count on it.
