Hi,
these means that you have fixing trouble, probably low or high temperature.
You can clear it in service mode.If it doesn't help you need to change fixing heater.

press *
press 2
press 8
press *
By arrows navigate to CLEAR
press OK
navigate to ERR or ALL
press OK
Turn off and on
