Singer built many of the White sewing machines, including the 1710. The Singer support site, https://www.singer.com/support , has the manual available as a PDF. If you prefer a print copy, you can order one from https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/products/instruction-manual-white-1710 , print it yourself or get it printed at any print shop (Kinko's, UPS Store, etc.). For the Singer sewing machine, AF 591876 is the serial number, not the model number. See:

It looks like that serial number is for sewing machine model 221.

Does your sewing machine look like the sewing machine on the first page of this instruction manual (PDF document)?

Chances are you CAN get a manual from the Singer website; however, you need the model number. On the site, click Support, and then Instruction Manual.

The AD069030 is a model 66 machine built after April 1, 1930. What would you like to know? I believe there is more to your serial number than those numbers--is there a one or two letter prefix before them? Your instruction manual is available as a free download on the Singer site, and you can look up the year of manufacture there as well.
