No you can't lose all that you have in memory, but that is not the solution to your problem.try to dail the number you want to store or save on your phone then stop the dailing the number click on the number you dail again and go to option when you click on option it will bring some list for you click on save then type the name and save the number is there already.

The easiest way to delete the entire phonebook from V3 Razr or other Motorola phone is using the software Phonetools.

Did you lose your entire phonebook? or some entries that you were previously editing? Normally this can occur when there is data corruption in the phonebook file. Did you notice any error messages, or "rebuilding" message when you re-started WinFax? You can also

Without more details, I cann't say if the data is lost or if you can recover any data.

Uh Oh- The only way I know that you can unlock it without wiping it or deleting it clean which would result in losing your phone numbers is by using Motorola Phone Tools.

Following is a free link to download the Motorola Phone Tools and you will also need a data cable that attaches your cell phone to your computer:

The software will allow you to see the password.

Note: Don't try to keep guessing the password if you don't know it. Usually if you guess incorrectly 10 times it will delete your entire memory and phonebook.

Hi there,

send the vcard to a bluetouth device.
it will then send that one contact over.
if you then press ok on the avic, it will try to sync the entire phonebook (up to 400 items)

With ATT sim in phone, Power on & wait to initialize.
Then, press & hold the green key until the "Enter Pin Screen".
Then, press red button 5 times until the exit is displayed.
Then press & hold the phonebook key til the "unlock code screen".
Press the phonebook key once then. To enter the code you use the green & red keys to scroll to the proper numbers to enter 6 digit code.
You scroll to the proper number and press the phonebook key at the number you select until the entire code is entered.
Once done, you will scroll to the "done" and press the phonebook key once.

Turn off all your password requests,etc in the security settings of your phone and try to search your phonebook again. That could be the reason of protection.

Go to Menu, Settings, Security (The code is usually the last four digits of your phone number), Erase All, and select Phonebook. This should clear out the entire Phonebook. You can also erase all of your downloads and pictures there.
