Plz give suggestions to rectify

Run a print job, then when the paper jams, open the cover and remove the toner cartridge.
If the paper is past the area under the toner cartridge, then it is the fuser that is causing the problem. If it is not getting that far, I would clean the rollers that you see with a damp cloth(almost dry cloth).
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

For me, alysse's method worked. The part did not look particularly broken, but was not firmly gripping the shaft. I moved it to where it should have been, tightened it as described, and now the printer works great again.
Are you sure that that cam is not slipping on the shaft?

If it jams every page, it is the infamous Samsung design flaw. There are dozens of reports of this problem all over the internet. The best solution: sell it or otherwise get rid of it ASAP and buy another type or model of printer. The 2nd best solution: call trained technician and ask to replace the broken part. It could be thermistor near fuser, some people say it is a photo-interrupter.

SOURCE: samsung ml-1640 giving red light, not taking papers
I had the same problem when a paper jammed and I have pulled it out. The red light came on and nothing worked. My solution was: I pulled out the tonner and put it back, opened all covers and closed it. All this apparently must be done with printed turned on (the same thing with printer turned off didn't work). Hope this helps.
