When we click on net flix it goes back to the TV channel

The TV can do many things
name 1 thing you can't do
is this a cable box, input dead
or HD TV antenna dead.

or dead ethernet to web
dead net flix,
tell what you want to watch, that would be a nice start

If you have internet service buy a Roku streamer and you can get it that way...they aren't expense, under 50 bucks

What you need to know is the encryption key used on the Wi Fi
If you do not know it it might be on the case of the Wi Fi access point device.
Otherwise you will need to log into the router by typing the router's ip address into an internet browser on the working computer.
