The answer to your problem is to ring your carrier (telstra optus vodafone virgin ect ect....) and ask for a puk code and they should give you one.

be carefully don't enter more code, make to call your Sim service provider from another sim connection they will give you puk code . if you will enter 10 time wrong puk codes then your sim will damage

PUK code is related to the SIM card. So, kindly call the Customer support of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code.

Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

PUK codes are a lock placed on the sim card. You can usually call the customer service line for your provider and they can give you the PUK code or you can have the sim card replaced on a store.

PUK stands for 'Pin Unlock Code', and has to be entered if you've locked your SIM by repeatedly entering the wrong PIN code. If you're asked for a PUK code, you've had more goes at guessing your SIM card PIN code than you're allowed. You'll need to phone your network provider Customer Services for your PUK code to unlock the SIM. you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times now you are required to enter a puk code to reset the pin code. 

The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code. 


if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.

ok if you need your puk code you will have to call your carrier
(optus,vodaphone ect)
and tell them u need your puk they will ask a few security questions then they will provide the puk enter it into your mobile and then it will say add new pin do that and it will say repeat
if nesscery write down the puk just in case of this again

write it down as soon as u enter ur puk it will say enter new password do that and it will say repeat then it will work good as new
