1. Click on Start, in the search bar type "Webcam Companion" or Camera Capture Utiltiy and press the enter key to use the webcam with the computer.
2. Check if the drivers are installed for the camera in device manager.
Press the Windows logo+R keys together to open the Run window, then type devmgmt.msc to open device manager.
Then, locate the Imaging devices in the device manager window.
3. Reinstall the Camera Capture Utility.

Select the drivers listed under the camera category for the computer and install.
