Check with a babylock dealer in your area to see about the part you need or try this site and do a chat and ask them if they can help you

The arms are serial numbered to match the machine. Each series esante is different.
If you can get me a serial number (off the back of the machine) I will tell you which series you need to order. I can get it through my work.

Someone gave me a babylock ellageo esg, serial number C11119415 sewing machine, but, it doesnt have the embroidery arm / foot or hoops where can i purchase these / mostly the arm for the unit

Recommend you type "Babylock ellageo esg" into the search engine of your computer, and you should find someone, especially a dealer, to help you find the parts you need.
God bless your efforts.

Do The ESE ESante Baby Lock hoops fit the ESI ESante Baby Lock machines

The Babylock Esante ESE1 and ESE2 hoops are not compatible with the Esante ESI1 or ESI2 hoops. The Babylock ESI1/2 used the same hoops as the Brother PC7000 and PC7500. The ESE1/2 use the hoops that are compatible with the Brother PC6500 and PE700 series embroidery machines.

I wish that I had better news for you. This site has hoops for sale for both the ESI1 and the ESE1: http://www.allbrands.com/categories/871 . If you need hoops for either machine, use the compatibility data on each machine type to help you find more vendors that may have the embroidery hoops.

Flashing Display, Won't Connect to Computer.

I have not yet seen babylock release a driver for windows 8 and the BLN. The dealer likely has a computer with an older operating system.

Have you checked the dealer locator at the Babylock website?

Another option would be a Brother dealer as the machines are from the same "family".
