Either spay a non stick spray on the blade/paddle before you began or simplly remove the the blade/paddle after the kneading cycle is completed
SOURCE: Kneading blade stays in the bread

SOURCE: How do I keep the kneading blade from staying in
You could try to take out the dough after the breadmaker is finished kneading the dough into a bowl. Then rub some butter or margarine on the paddle and inside the paddle. Return the dough back into the pan to continue the rise and bake cycle. This should keep the paddle from ripping a big chunk of your bread when you remove it.
