There are a few things to check. Do you have power and water turned on to the dishwasher? During the dishwasher installation, these should be off for safety. Is the CL (control lock) enabled? To disable this, press and hold Delay Start for about 3 seconds.

The ER error code means the touchpad is defective..sometimes that can be just a loose ribbon cable connection to control board. or if that seems tight the touchpad which is part of the console should be replaced

It is the wah motor. contact Frigidaire for a replacement motor that has been redesigned to eliminate that noise

Error CL means that the child lock had been activated.
To unlock the machine you should put your finger up inside the handle and locate a slider switch, then push the switch to to the left side.
