Hello, it is still under warranty, take your receipt and go back where you purchased or call your cust. service for your product.

Check your charging pin. Is it loose? Is it moving or pushed backwards. The charging pins on most of the less expensive tablets are malfunctioning. 4 tablets I've recieved had terrible problem that way. Mostly unfixable, unless that's the problem and you know how the solder such things. Also try a new micro usb and a different electrical outlet, good luck!

Sounds like battery is faulty. Replace it and check.

You probably destroyed the port plate of the charger. You should check if it is bent or dented and if they are the price to get it fixed is $50-$150

It could be the charger or you may need a new battery.

Sorry, but I'm afraid you have more than a cracked tablet. If it will not take a charge or turn on, you have a broken tablet that younwill either need to repair or replace. Most times, it will be less expensive to replace a tablet that is in such disrepair. Good luck....
