Some of the latest Verizon phones require a microSIM whereas the Droid Bionic requires a miniSIM. Please go to a Verizon corporate store where they can get you the appropriate size. It shouldn't cost you anything. Don't leave until they have it working.

FDN(Fixed Dial Number) if enabled, allows you to restrict your outgoing calls to the limited set of phone numbers that are included in the Fixed Dialing Number list.

Your phone is being denied registration with the network.

This means that Fixed Dialing is enabled to certain numbers. You'll have to disable this function in order to call other numbers.

In order unlock your device and be able to use it with another service provider, we kindly recommend you to get in contact with Verizon Wireless and request them to provide you a subsidy code.
