Check the fuse first.
Most have one where the power cable goes into the unit, a little plastic cover, you pry it out. Some of them even have a replacement in there.
If not, or it blows again, you have to get inside, and maybe you got a blown supply or regualtors....
Take it to a Tech.

A local guy should be able to open the case and look for the fuse, and change it out fairly easily. The fuse will not be accesible from outside the case. But it's a simple matter to check it. If you have any handy man genes, you may do this your self. But don't mess with it if you're not comfortable, and NEVER power it on with case open.
First, check the fuses for the fan, AC and climate control. Could be just that simple. Otherwise, try swapping out relays with the same type by removing one from another device in your power box under the hood. Be sure you use the exact same numbered relay!
Start with the simple things first, hunt round for fuses near where the mains goes in. Keep on the lookout for anything that looks burned or broken. If there's no power to anything it will be something in the power supply section.
Try your thermal fuse. It is on the left side of your element. It has 2 white wires. I just replaced mine for the exact same problem. Also, make sure your dryer isn't full of lint.
What other problem did you have before the signals quit? Something that stopped all functions from the signals has to be either a feed or ground IF the flasher is good. Signals feed. Hot wire from the flasher 1 and it should blink underload, but not with a test light or DVM. In other words using a test light the flasher wire should be powered steady. All the rest of the switch is switchable. You should also get a hot wire when the brake pedal is pushed. Check for power at the brake switch, key off.
