Power fault - one or more boards is causing the power board to trip out - possibly a bulged capacitor on the power board itself.
Try ebay for a spare power board if you have the ability to do a board replacement - if not its a callout for an engineer with a multimeter.

Bad bulb most likely, cheap fix. look up tv model on amazon or ebay. bulb replacement should come out on search.
