My TOSHIBA LAPTOP SAT#L505-S5990 shows HDD#1SSD #1User Password.
Up to my knowledge, you really have some problem here. Is that password yours or did you buy this SSD drive used?
I understand that SSD password only can be removed by a Master password and only provider has accesss to this master password. So if you have a receipt of your purchase, you should contact original provider (i.e. if it's a Samsung drive, with Samsung distribuitor) explan and prove your situation and they should remove tha password with their master password.
Check my answer, actually I've never encountered this situation just remember the case of a friend who bought a used SSD and had this problem
