Good morning Nicole.
Looks like there are two tiers of documentation for these puppies.
an end user guide that is ultimately not very helpful in getting at time setting, EXCEPT for referring to a System Manual for 'accessible features'. That system manual, on pdf page 108 (or manual section 3.2, on manual page 3-7) has user/manager programming for date and time set. It's more wordy than I'd want to try to reproduce here. I also don't know what state you system may be in for access lockouts for end users, so if you're not a system admin, you may need to talk to IT about getting access. Links below. (the truncated links may look the same here, but I checked and they go to different manuals.

The KX-T7433 isn't an answering machine. If the voicemails are going to an answering machine you have on the phone line, consult its manual. If the voicemails are going on to your telephone service provider's system, look for instructions in the phonebook, or contact the provider.

Don't see my phone line once someon else picks up a lilne on My Panasonic KX T7433
Start by pressing PROGRAM 99 on the phone and press the line buttons one a t a time. It will tell you what CO(central office) line is assigned to the button.
They should be in sequence 1,2,3,4 etc. If they don't, dial 0 + 0x STORE to program it and make it work.

Changing hold music - Panasonic KX-T7433
If it's truly music and not tones, the music comes from a device plugged into the system cabinet. On the side of the system there is a port marked MOH with a cable and a box at the other end. Here's where you find the MOH device and either change the CD or record new messages into it.

Ring tones on KX-T7433
Wow, this is your lucky day :-)

From each phone, press PROGRAM 99 and the INTERCOM or CO buttons TWICE, then dial 1-8 and STORE. (default is 2). You can now make each line and intercom different, or each phone (up to 8) different. After you finish with each phone, just pick up and drop the handset back into the cradle to end programming.

The feature is called Ringing Tone Selection.

Change the time on phone system
1) press "Program", then * *, then 1234,
2) press "0 0 0",
3) press "speaker" two times,
4) change the time
5) press "store".
6) pick up the receiver to complete the change.

Do this change on the "lead" phone and it will reset all the others on your system. Not exactly an intuitive process to be sure!
