I also downloaded an app (not Whatsapp) and that fried my SD card. Inserted a new one and all is fine now. I did not download the app that caused the problem again, but I googled the problem and apparently this does happen more frequently than I thought. I don't think it is a particular app, just that the cards don't always last forever. Luck of the draw I suppose.
Perhaps I could download the apps, but how do we get them from my computer to your's?
You should check where your download fold is. Most likely everything you ever downloaded you find there.
Click on the menu while on the screen showing the picture, click to save it . If you have a touch screen, touch the picture that you want to save, hold your finger on it a few seconds until a menu appears offering you the option to save it.
Delete the one you downloaded.
Disconect camera from usb.
Re-Download and wait , after re-boot.
Open easyshare wait. conect camera to usb.
Read again manual and help topics.

i contacted support with this same problem...i get the triangle with a ! in it.
they said the receiver is sending a resolution that isn't supported by the album. although you can still set the picture to a contact in your address book, go back to the text message and view it, or even us the file browser that you downloaded to view it. it just doesn't show up in the album correctly.
