If this is a GE oven:
1. Make sure power to the wall oven is turned off_
2. Completely close the wall oven control panel and return the wall oven to its normal installation_
3. Apply power to the wall oven. Accessing the control panel area but not replacing the control:
4. Enter Special Functions mode by pressing the BAKE and BROIL keys at the same time.
5. Reset the control by pressing the 9 and 0 or the HOUR DOWN and MINUTE DOWN keys for 3 seconds at the same time.
6. Approximately 20 seconds after the time of day is displayed. press the 1 and 5 or the TEMP LIP and MINUTE UP keys. The control should briefly go blank, briefly display all segments. briefly 'display "LOC FIEF," display all segments for 30 seconds, and then display "LOC REF:"
7. Acknowledge the "LOC REF" command by pressing the 6 and 8 or the HOUR DOWN and MINUTE UP keys at the same time. The control should then display the time of day,

GE Stove JCS968WK1WW display shows HR9.99, and no display controls work

Try a GE Control Panel Reset

This should clear the error codes:
Power off the unit, wait 5 minutes then restore the power.
Press the broil and bake keys simultaneously and "SF" will be displayed.
Press "Hr. Down" and "Minute Down" keys simultaneously for 3 seconds, then the time of day will be displayed.
Press "Temp Up" and "Minute Up." The control panel will display the following:
Go blank briefly
Display all segments briefly
Display "LOC REF" briefly
Display all segments again for 30 seconds
Display "LOC REF"
Acknowledge the "LOC REF" by pressing the "Hour Down" and "Minute Up."
Test control pads. Oven should now function.

Frigidaire gallery oven is showing LOC,how do I unlock it?

Try pressing and holding the Clear/Off button for 3+ seconds. The LOC indicates the control panel lock is enabled. The LOC should clear from the display. Note: if you hold the key pad for too long, the lock will reengage. From the picture of your range that you included, I believe this is the key pad button just below 7 to the right of the LCD display. There is a label in a small font just below the key pad. (The label probably is a padlock symbol and the word Controls but I can't resolve it from your picture.) Some newer Frigidaire Gallery ranges have a key pad button with a padlock symbol; this would be the correct button to press and hold on those models.

Warning: on some models, the door lock will also engage. Do not try to force the door open. Wait for 15+ seconds for the door lock mechanism to fully disengage before attempting to open the door.

I hope this helps.

Ge gas stove display reads loc ref and no buttons work just replaced controll board

The keypad is "locked", hold down the button to remove this (usually "clear") for 5 seconds. Look closely at the buttons, one of them will have a picture of a padlock near it. That's the button that clears the "lock" condition. It's a safety feature to keep the kids from turning on the oven.

Error code LOC

The LOC code merely means the control responded and locked the door. You'll find a tech sheet under the top panel of the machine to help guide you thru the diagnostic process, which is fairly involved.

LOC means it thinks the control panel is locked. This gives the ERR indication when you push the buttons. To unlock it you need to hold down the Options and Select buttons together until it reacts.

I know this may seem silly but - On the top right back corner of your washer hit it with medium force with your fist, this helps.
