I put two out side line in my phone and only one work

no dialing tone indicates an open line or an extension that has not been hung up properly. IF you have a corded phone then it may be in the cord (broken at the hand piece or at the base) On the technical side it may be from the wires in are not paired properly ( go google and check for phone line pairing) and on the financial side the account has not been paid

Check cable conections from phone box on wall to base unit, make sure that the conectors are fully inserted. If possible plug a different phone into box to make sure that line is working. Hope this helps

What happens when you dial "9" on the intercom? If you get an outside line, then your phone is programmed properly. If you get an empty line, then you need to disable vacant lines in system program 400.

To program the right side buttons for speed dial, press PROGRAM a button on the right side, and dial 9+ the number as you would dial it on an outside line, then STORE.

On the left side, a waste if you're putting speed dial number sin, you dial 29 instead of 9, but normally you reserve them for lines, extensions, and features that require lit buttons. The codes would begin with 0,1 and whatever the magic code for the features are.

the solution to this problem is this - pull down(put pressure) the silver line between the screen and key pad, you will notice that the screen will start responding. So what i did was that i removed my screen protector(foil), fold it into two then push it down on the right side then cut it with a sharp razor blade.
the whole idea is just to put pressure between the silver line and the screen region.

do one thing ...put the battary in side phone then press on off butten then after three minut press down side on the phone reset butten press it after three minut remove battary ....then check

I don't have a solution.. Sorry.
But last night I couldn't hear the voice on the other line, but they could hear me. And now, not the up, down, side to side buttons; but the menu and options button only work when my phone isn't up.

if is not water damage , apple should repair it. If not well open the iphone go to youtube see vid how to open it. turn off iphone open it just pull off #1 and put back in. that's the lcd connector. This should work if not take #1 then #2 and # 3 put all conector back that should work. #1 Lcd conectot #2 is the Digitizer #IS the ligth. If you got gray lines the lcd may be broken.

Disconnect the phone line and put a phone on it. If it doesn't work on the phone, go to where the phone line goes into the house and see if the phone works there. If it does not work there call the phone company and tell them you phone line doesn't work.  

Remove the base by taking out the five screws. Look for the ribbon cable on the left hand side. On each side of the cable is a little brown nub, pull away from the circuit board to release the tension. Pull the ribbon cable out, this will reset the circuit board. Put the ribbon cable back in and push the nubs towards the circuit board. This will add tension to the connection. Put the base back together using the 5 screws. Plug in your phone and you should be set.
