ER in temp means error code next 2 letters are first letter of part giving problem or where problem located.. if " ER DH" means def heater not coming on, does not mean heater bad but def control bad not letting voltage to heater. could need main bd also
"d" may mean demo mode.
The first thing to try is a "hard reset".
Unplug it from the power outlet for 10 minutes, plug it back in, set the clock, then try again.
Did you have a power surge? Try unplugging the unit for 10 min and plug back in to reboot the curcuit board. If letters and numbers are being displayed it usually means the board is confused or fried.....
