Where can I get a wiring diagram for the motor and motor control board?

F44 indicates a heater relay fault; the heater cannot be turned on. First check the heating element or the wiring for the element. If there is a problem with these, replace the part(s). If the heating element and wiring are good, then you need to replace the entire electronic control board. The relay is on that board.

Unfortunately, the control board is no longer made. The parts diagram is available here: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/3ky9drdxaj-000583/kenmore-elite-11028082700-washer-parts . The heating element is shown as part 15 on the motor, basket and tub parts diagram. The electronic control board is part 1 on the control panel parts diagram.

On what make and model number.

It is more likely the motor or the fan causing the problem at this point [or you got a bad used board].
First with the power off try rotating the fan by hand to make sure it turns freely. If it turns hard or is stuck you know the cause. If it has places to oil the bearings, add a couple drops to both ends of the blower shaft and the motor shaft and try spinning again by hand. It could be the blower relay contacts are burned and making bad contact or possibly the motor capacitor or start windings are bad. Without a model number, I can't tell what controls your unit uses. At least Carrier is one of the better companies in providing manuals and wiring diagrams.

If you are electrically handy, you might try energizing the motor relay without the control board connected, there should be a wiring diagram on the inside of one of the panels.

The problem you are having is most likely a defective=> WR55X10473 Main Control Board. The defective WR55X10473 Main Control Board may have been caused by a defective=> WR60X10185 Evaporator Fan Motor. If your motor has a white thermistor in the connector you need the related fan motor WR60X10074. If it has a connector for a light you will need a=> WR23X10467 Fan Motor Reason I am telling you this is because if the fan is defective it can again damage the Main Control Board. 1) adjust the speed sensor, see the diagram attached, clean, and tigh the wires connector.
2) measure the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair
3) measurre the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.

There is a solid state electronic control board inside the motor, it communicates with the ecu via the 3 wires you disconnected. Wiring diagram can be found here http://pinoynapinoy.us

If the microwave is heating up, then the problem is either the motor below the rotating plate, the control board or the wiring harness between control and motor. If for the rest the oven is functional, then the problem is almost surely the motor.

Usually their is a tech sheet under the motor shroud it should have a wiring diagram. If not the power cord has three leads Black some models use Blue ( Hot ), White ( Neutral ), Green (Ground ). The Black will have the on/off reset switch or on/off circuit breaker to Motor Control Board spade labeled black or blue. The white lead may go straight to the motor control board spade labeled white. Just follow the wire color s and match them. Good Luck!
