Without a remote control; you can't. If you wish to buy its original remote control, contact the authorized service centre, or authorized dealer to your device brand. They can either give you a genuine remote control to your device, or can direct you, from where can you purchase a suitable one.
To select a proper universal remote control, you should know about the number of digits to its set-up codes. The remote mentioned only has about 50 codes built into it---and note: RCA and GE are the same= try all possible codes for each.

A good universal remote to use with that monitor is the RCA RCRN04GR, available at WalMart. I recently bought a 25" GE Remote Monitor XS Stereo from a Days Inn that was replacing all of those monitors with Flat Screen TV's. When I got it home I found that it would not go to channel 4 which was default with my COX Digital Cable Box. Channel 3 is the default channel on the monitor, so I ran an AV cable from the cable box, disconected the coax and hooked up the AV cable to the back of the TV and that solved the problem. Try running your game via av/hdmi - you will have to change settings on xbox so that it is comp.with the channel you are trying to play through.

1. On the front of the TV press the MENU button to display the MAIN MENU.
   
2. Scroll through the choices using the VOLUME up and down buttons
3. When positioned on the selection you want press the MENU button again.
4. The first SETUP screen displays, asking you to select a language.
5. Scroll to the desired language ENGLISH, FRANCAIS or ESPANOL and once it is highlighted in green press the MENU button to make finale selection.
6. A SETUP screen appears asking if you would like the TV to search for all channel
7. 1. Yes
   2. Skip this step
   3. 0 Exit
8. Complete the SETUP routine or skip any of the steps and return to them later.

Your TV is NOT digital ready. IF you do not have cable or satellite, you will need a converter box. If you do have cable or satellite you have nothing to do or worry about as the cable or satellite box will automatically do the conversion for you. Hope this helps

I tried for a while to get my dvd to work. I went to the menu, from my universal remote that totally works. Went to the menu, then channel set up, and switched the VCR1 channel to 00Enabled. When I want to watch a dvd I press 00 for my chanel and it works. I hope this helps all of you.

Check your tape monitor settings and make sure that you don't have "monitor" selected without having a processor of sorts connected to that respective monitor...accordianman
