Lowering feed dogs You can lower the feed dogs by moving the switch at the back of the free arm to the left. Move the switch to the right if you wish to raise the feed dogs. Sounds like you have jammed linkages which raise and lower deck, you can try this which usually works best with assistant.
With engine off, shake the deck vigorously (up,down, back and forth) while try to raise deck with lever.
Check for worn or damaged arms, springs, deck mounting points, etc and repair or replace.

I don't recall a belt that raises and lowers the blade. Normally you would have either an electric or mechanical deck lift that raises and lowers the whole deck

you need to open the face up by removing the small screws.. use some rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab to clean it.

There is no power antenna switch. It is lowered and raised automatically when you turn the radio on and off. If it doesn't raise or lower itself, either the fuse is blown or the antenna motor or mast is bad and needs replacing.

This mnaual wheelchair has dual position rear axles and caster forks to allow seat to floor height changes with no additional components. What this means is that the wheelchair is adjustable in height based upon the position of the front caster wheel axles and rear wheel axles. Raising the axles lowers the chair. Lowering the axle postion raises the chair. If the rear axles of the rear wheels are in the top position you can lower the wheels and raise the chair. If the front and rear wheels are already in the lower holes (the chair is in its highest position) you have another option. It is either the motor of the switch. Operate the switch while listening where the sound is coming from in the door. Then while you are trying to raise the window, hit the interior door panel with some force, not enough to break anything, but hard enough to contact the motor. If it is binding it should allow the window to raise. If it is trying to raise it is probably the motor.

The problem is the power motor gear that raises and lowers the window is worn out. The motor runs, but the gear cannot engage with the gear on the window regulator.
