The memory card might be bad. Try a new or different memory card and if those work fine, t is your card that's bad. Have you used this card in this camera prior with good results or is this the first time? Has the card been formatted on a different system or different computer prior and if so, there might be problems there and maybe if the card is good on other equipment, it might be relegated to just those. If you have data or photos on your card that you cannot recover yourself, you can try sending it out to a data recovery service you can find online.
Hope this helps, Mike

Your camera is not SDHC compatible. It will only support standard SD cards. Sorry.

SOURCE: My Z740 won't format my memory card. When I turn

My Z740 won't format my memory card. When I turn it on - it says memory card needs formatted. I tell it to format - and it just repeats the Memory Card requires formatting message.

SOURCE: We insert a memory chip into our Kodak EasyShare

Your camera is only supporting SD/MMC Cards (up to 2 GB) and KODAK SDHC Cards (up to 8 GB).
The card that you currently have might be faulty. Please try another card.
You might also need to switch the camera over to saving pictures directly onto the SD card.1: Menu, Cam settings, Chose AUTO or SD card option Press OK
Note: If the SD card isn't in the camera or is unreadable the camera will automatically go back to saving you taken pictures on the internal memory.

Camera tells me "memory card requires formatting."

Your memory card is larger than 2GB, isn't it? The CX7330 works with MMC and SD cards. If your card is larger than 2GB then it's actually an SDHC card. While SDHC cards will fit into the camera, they are electronically incompatible and won't work in the CX7330.

Just pt in a neww sd card it keeps telling me that the memory is full and it wont take any pictures

You must have pics on the internal memory. That's what the camera is telling you. You should format the internal memory with no card in the camera. Then, insert the card and it should work properly.

Hi all, my nokia 6300 is switching "off" and getting "on" automatically. Please tell me what to do!! Please tell me the format code for nokia 6300. I'm waiting for your reply

If you have a memory card remove it and restart your phone. If the phone works OK now, then format your memory card after backing up the data.Always take care to keep your memory card half empty.

*#7370# is the format code for your phone.
You can format your phone in this way too.
1.Turn off your phone
2.Press and hold *, 3 and green button at the same time.
3.Holding these buttons turn on your phone.
Release these buttons only when the screen shows formatting procedures.

Connect your mobile to A pc on data transfer mode. Right click on you mobile memory card and format it. Open any folder on your pc go to tools, folder option and then select show hidden files and folders and deselect 02 more hide boxes below it. Now browse your memory card for any unnecessary files or folders, i.e. boot sector virus. comment back if you cannot use your card after doing this also.

Use the camera to format the SD card not your computer. There should be a menu option to format it.
