Cant use the touch screen on my samsung galaxy s2?

Theres alot that it might have.
- Broken screen -> does it ibrate?
-Main board -> Will not do anything
-Water damage on s2:s condensator. -> depends on the damage, sometimes vibrates and shuts off.
