How can I get Lemax e-mail address?

I have Lemax phone # as 1-888-536-2988 but when I call, it tells me my call did not go through, please call again. I live in Canada and sometimes we cannot call 1-888 in use because it is valid in USA only. Would anyone have Lemax e-mail address for customer service? Thank you

Any ideas how to get the Lemax train to work - batteries ok and all turned on and put in the correct place x thank you

If you have a digital multimeter, you can test the total voltage at the end contacts in the battery compartment. Also test the switch. Lemax give no support to items they sell once they are 'retired', so the best option is to take it to a local model shop. They will repair or know someone that does. They will be busy as everyone is pulling their Christmas stuff from storage. Lots on here this week.

The Lemax small print

Our collectors have had success locating hard-to-find items such as this on 3rd party vendor sites like Ebay and Amazon. Lemax collectors have found assistance with local repair technicians and hobby shops that deal with similar electrical giftware. Our best recommendation for repair would be to google hobby/electrical repair shops or technicians in your area.

Please note that Lemax items that have been retired are no longer being produced and replacement parts are not available. In addition, Lemax would consider merchandise purchased on clearance/closeout to be considered “as is” merchandise. Lemax would not offer any additional recourse at this time.

Where can I buy drive belts for Lemax products?

You can try to find drive belts for Lemax products in the following places:

1. Lemax Official Website: Check if Lemax sells replacement parts, including drive belts, on their official website.

2. Local Retailers: Visit hobby shops, Christmas stores, or stores that carry Lemax products. They may have replacement parts or can guide you to a source.

3. Online Marketplaces: Websites like Amazon, eBay, or specialized hobbyist forums may have listings for Lemax replacement parts, including drive belts.

4. Lemax Collector Groups: Join online Lemax collector communities or forums where enthusiasts share information about where to find replacement parts.

5. Contact Lemax Customer Support: Reach out to Lemax's customer support for guidance on where to purchase replacement drive belts.

Remember to provide the specific model or product details to ensure you get the right drive belt for your Lemax item.

I am looking for someone to fix my Lemax Black Cauldron Inn. Does anyone know who would fix these houses?

You again from yesterday :>D

Your nearest town or city will have a model shop. They will know someone that does model repairs, or they may even do it in the workshop out the back. That is what the Lemax website tells you to do. The stuff they sell has a definite expected life before it fails, and they offer no support unless it is a year old or less.

I cannot log into my facebook account because I don't know my password or email address and I have a new phone to I cant send the message to my old phone what should I do

Contact your e-mail provider and tell them you don't know your e-mail address. They will ask you some questions and send out a new one.
Then contact Facebook and tell them that you have lost your password. They will send a new one out to your new e-mail address.

WHAT IS MY E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR THIS PHONE SO I CAN GET JOIN FACEBOOK AND WINDOW LIVE.PLEASE/ THANK YOU

Cell phones do not have e-mail addresses. People do. All you have to do is tell the phone what your address is, and it may be able to access it. Read your manual, it'll tell you how to do that.

Where can I get my Lemax Belmont Carousel fixed? I've only had it for two seasons and it is not working.

Hi
There is nor repair service for Lemax
I started in januarie 2010 a repair service on my own'
But have a difficulty with spare parts
sometimes i make spare parts on my own but this takes lots of ours to make it
And if the owner wants a chepa deal it is not possibel
most of the time it is cheaper to buy a new one.
But
Sometimes it is also a loose wire that is the problem
I made today two carousels
and one of the two is already ok
the other one needs a new spare part so i can not fix it at the moment til a have a donor carousel

Here in the netherlands all of the broken lemax items that are going back to the seller are being demoilisht or crached under a walz
I phone them if they would sel these items to me
but that is'n't possibel
so they make it hard for us repair nerds to help people like you
If you are living in the netherlands i ill thake a look at your carousel
if i can fix it it will cost you 20 euro/s
if not 10 for taking time with it

If you are living in england maybe you can send it to me by mail

I hope to here from you
