Try emailing the maker. If they have any customer service, then they should email you new instructions in English.

I got a topeak comp 130 and don't have the manuel to do any thing( recently got this bke with the comp130 from one of my friends who dont have misplaced the manuel)?

They don't list that model anymore but you could look around here and maybe the instructions for a different one will work for you.
