their are lots of watch repair services on long island but if having problem do a search for a seller --distributor in your area that you can ask about where to have repair or service done
If you or a local jeweller changes the battery your warranty will be voided. It is best to send your watch to Freestyle service center in Long Island City because a local jeweller might not reseal your watch properly compromising the water resistance capabilities.

This model watch uses two battery, an lithium battery is for digital and there is another silver oxide battery which were installed beneath the lithiem battery, all you need to do is remove the lithium battery then replace the silver oxide battery, the battery # is 377.
