Just looked at mine because I thought there also might be an interlock switch where the latch arms snap shut. There isn't one, at least on this one. Yours might be a newer edition, so make sure the latch arms are fully seated and snapped closed. You can also call Omega at 1 800 633 3401 and run it by them. The reset switch should be in the pushed in position, it will pop out if it's tripped.
did it get jammed? sometimes that happens when my kids feed the vegetables in way too fast...I open it up, clean out the jam, put it all back together and it works again. also if it is 'full' and won't take anymore produce it will jam too. hope that helps
Hi. I've checked online with Braun and there's no Owners Manual available on their website anymore. I own the same model (rebadged) and find it excellent.
The best I can offer you is a Service Diagram with an exploded view of parts.
