How do I remove Error code L4-02

Check the fusing position, check all connector, make sure everything oke, and doing this adjustment:
Utility => Stop => 0 => Stop => 0 => 0 => 1. This is to prevent accidental reset of the code and causing additional damage to the machine. To reset a fuser abnormality code, perform the following:
1. Power the machine OFF from the main switch leaving the sub switch ON.
2. Press the utility Key and power ON the machine from the main switch.
3. Enter Stop => 0 => 0 => Stop => 0 => 1.
4. Press [03 System Setting] on the touchscreen. 5. Press [01 Software SW setting] on the touchscreen.
6. Press the left up-arrow, which is displayed on the touchscreen, 2 times. The number displayed above the up-arrow will change to 03.
7. Select the bit number of switch 1, using the right up-arrow, 03-1 will be indicated.
8. Press the [Return] key, which is displayed on the touchscreen.

1. Entering the simulation mode

2. Canceling the simulation mode

Precor Error 05, Key Depressed at Power Up Probable Cause 1. A key is permanently depressed on the display.
2. An interface chip (IC) has failed in the upper PCA's keypad.
3. Liquid (cleaning solution or sweat) may be on the surface of a touch sensitive display.
Corrective Action

1. Disconnect the keypad cable from the upper PCA. Reset power to the machine. If the Error 05 is eliminated, the keypad is the cause and should be replaced.
2. Disconnect the keypad cable from the upper PCA. Reset power to the machine. If the Error 05 still appears, the upper PCA* is the cause and should be replaced. *Upper PCA's most commonly do not come with software. Remove the software (chip) from the existing upper PCA prior to replacement and install into the new upper PCA.
3. Wipe away all liquid from the touch sensitive display. Reset power to the unit. If the Error 05 is eliminated, the liquid was the cause.

H5-01 indicates that you have 5 continous paper jam in a row. It's generated when one of the paper feed sensors did not detect the paper, in your case the sensor might be the one that located in the exit section ( POD1 ). This photo sensor might be just covered with paper dust in between the gap housing, the gap is only 1 mm wide. You can check the functioning of this sensor by entering the sim mode 30( main code), 1(sub mode). After entering this mode try activate the sensor by moving the plastic actuator, if the POD1 display highlighted on and off it means OK. To enter the simulation mode go to the copy mode and perform the following procedures.

But first reset the error H5-01 by entering 14(main code) then 1(sub code), you might be already fix the problem.

One this to try is a hard reset: unplug and wait for a few minutes and re-plug back in. Sometime this resets the service condition and will then display the error codes.

Ice is displayed when the ice maker is turned on. Press the ice on/off and it should turn off.

Were the heaters at fault. It is more like a thermister problem. Replace the thermisters, both. And I would also change the thermostat as well. When you are sure thatyou have removed the faulty unit reset by doing the following.. service mode/copier/function/clear/error followed byswitching the machine off and turn on again.
