Trying to get the video from my Sony Handycam (DCR-SR47) to Mac

If you want to recover deleted video file you must choose a good data recovery tool. Download a software from http://www.fileundelete.org/ and recover all your deleted data back in minutes.

Somewhere in the menu there is a function 'clear' ('leegmaken' in dutch). I used it and the problem was solved!! Unfortunately I can't find it anymore. You should try it!

Is the battery fully charged?
If you connect the camera to the charger same happens?
Try charging the battery or test with a different battery.

It should not be a problem. Hope you anyway know how to use your camcorder. If not, you can download the manual from Sony's site http://www.sony-asia.com/support/manual/product/dcr-sr47e/modelfirst.

If you have already installed the software in your computer, again you need not worry about the CD. If not, then I think you can still download all the software from Sony's site: http://www.sony-asia.com/support/product/dcr-sr47/modelfirst. This site has many tutorials on using the camcorder and also has answers to many FAQs.

I would say that formating the external memory would sort out the problem this will erase all data and be free of bad data also cheack you can rigth to the disc is it locked

i have a problem with my sony dcr-sr47 camcorder it wont charge the battery camera works fine with power supply any solutions.

CONGRATULATION!!!!

Camera Hard Drive got some error and needs to be formatted through camera menu format option.
All data on Hard Disk will be deleted by formatting it.
