Jeep 3-Wheel Stroller Liberty

I have the Jeep 3-wheel stroller called Liberty and one of the wheels has a warp. I need to buy a replacement tire or whole new wheel and cannot find replacement parts for the jeep strollers anywhere. Does anyone know where replacement parts can be found?

I need to replace one of the back tire tubes & trying to find out where to get one for my 2005 jeep liberty stroller.

It looks like yours has the same wheels as mine which are 12.5 x 1.75/2.25 inch. I went to my local bike shop and bought new tubes for all 3 tires. You might even be able to find them at Toys R Us or Walmart or Target type stores. Hope that helps.

My front swivel wheel shakes about 30 seconds into our walk. What is causing this? Can it be repaired?

Hey there,
Its hard to say what exactly the problem is but here are seem things to try.
If you turn the stroller upside down you should see 4 screws (2 on each side) right by the front wheel on the underside of the stroller. Make sure those are in tight because if they are loose they can cause shaking in the stroller. Also make sure that the wheel is screwed in tightly to the wheel base as well.
If these steps dont work then you might need to order a replacement for the front wheel. This can be done by calling customer service of Kolcraft at 800.453.7673 or you can email them at [email protected].
This is their website : http://www.kolcraft.com/customer-service/replacement-parts/
Hope this helps!!

Hi I have the Schwinn M3 Jog Stroller and it has a slight pull to the right. Can you tell me how to fix it?

Is the each wheel on straight and tight?

If so, spin each wheel with the tire facing you and see if you notice any wobbling or warping effect. It's possible that either the axle of the wheel is bent or the spoke/rim is not true.

If the wheels have spoke nipples that can be adjusted, you may need to take it to a bicycle shop to see if they can true the wheel or otherwise it'll need to be replaced unfortunately.

How to take off a tire on a Jeep Liberty Ubran Terrain Stroller

If you have the model with the inflatable bike tire as a wheel, then there should be a metal locking pin wrapped around the plastic top of the wheel, you should be able to see the end of the pin sticking out (about a half inch to an inch) right below the plastic part that is at the end of the wheel. Use a pair of needle nose pliers and pull that metal pin strait off, it is held on with a pinch grip, so you don't need to twist (that could bend your pin). After the metal pin comes off, you can just take the wheel off. Then to put it back on just place the wheel back on the metal wheel bar and replace the locking pin by just pushing it on, no pliers needed for this part.

Stroller pulls to the right.

The following is from the instruction manual for the Expedition LX. It should be very similar to the Expedition LE.

"Stroller pulls to one side:1. The stroller is sensitive to the air pressure in the tires. If the rear tires do not have equal pressure, the stroller will feel like it is pulling to the side with the tire with the lower tire pressure. Check that the rear tires have the same pressure. Add air pressure to a maximum of 25 pounds using a bicycle style hand air pump.2. The alignment of the front wheel of the stroller can also cause the stroller to pull to one side. The stroller is designed so that the front wheel can be adjusted to correct for any alignment problem. Page 3 of the instructions
shows an expanded view of the front fork assembly. To align the front wheel, first loosen the wheel via the quick release handle as in step 2 of the instructions. Grab the front wheel directly in front of the stroller and push the wheel in the opposite direction of the pulling problem. You will notice that the axle will move within the slot on the fork. Move the wheel to the side a small amount. Retighten the quick release handle. Give the empty stroller a push across an empty smooth surface (let go of the handle) and note if the stroller now runs straight. Re-adjust the axle a small amount at a time until the stroller runs straight. Please note that a very minute
movement of the axle will affect the tracking of the stroller. Once you have aligned the front wheel, you can mark the holding plate position with a marking pen if you detach the front wheel on a regular basis. Please note that the hole in the fork is designed to allow the stroller to be adjusted to pull to the right, go straight, or pull to the left. If you continue to have difficulty with tracking, please call our customer service department at (800) 328-7363 for assistance."
