This scanner is made by Benq and is often labeled Acer.  Drivers can be found for XP and Vista on DriverGuide.com. 

Get VueScan I am using my 640U under vista 64bit. Tried other methods like trying to get the xp driver to work but never had any success. Had it up and running with in minutes with this, and it supports alot of older scanners.
