It's some kind of communication error. I would suggest uninstalling the printer from the second computer. Also, make sure you go to the website for that printer and download the latest driver that was designed for Vista 32bit. If you are using the included software disc it may not have the latest driver updated that fixes this problem.
What font are you referring to? Have you prepared a document in a word processing program, or added text to an image file, and are disappointed because you want to see the text printed larger? If so, your best solution is to edit the document or image and change to a larger text size. For example, most text documents will normally default to either a size 10 or 11 text which is readable but small. Changing to size 12 or 14 will make the text look larger onscreen, and the text will also print larger. The font name and font size should be displayed on one of your processing program's toolbars, and is easily changed to a different font name or size. If you are simply copying an already printed document and want the text to appear larger, you should refer to your printer's User Guide. If you don't have the User Guide, you can download a free copy at this link: HP PSC 1510 All in One Printer User guides
There really isn't any difference. Both 4630 and 4635 have same specs as far as connectivity, speed, ink cartridges, etc. You can compare the two at the link below. Hope this helps. Sometimes there is a variation of model numbers for same model for marketing reasons. For example Costco stores would order HP 4630 and that will be the Costco 4635. Hope that makes sense. In the "basic text" box are 2 A's, a large one with an up arrow to make the text larger, and a small one with a down arrow to make the text smaller. Just click on the large A until you get the size you want.
When you bring up your directions in mapquest, under the red "MapQuest" logo in the upper lefthand corner there are these options:

Click on the "Print" option and a printer-friendly version will appear. You can choose "text and map" or "text only," then click on print and your printer options box will appear.
I hope this helps.
Make sure you have the proper drivers installed for the printer, then cut and paste the information into a word processor or similar that accomidates the desired print format.
Finally, change the text size and print.
The issue is not with the printer, but the program you are using to facilitate the print job. If this is a web based program, look for a "Printer Friendly" print option on the site.
Alternately, you may have limited success in changing the text size under "View" in your browser, and try printing with the larger text size selected, and in use. If truncating occurs in the printing, then you will have to cut and paste the text into a manageable format, like a Word Processor program.
