My xerox workcentre 7345 is showing message cyan, meganta, yellow toners are empty, but these are full.
SOURCE: Color toners are empty
Press Green Tick, Right, -> System Setup -> Right, Right, -> Print Quality, Right -> Replace Supplies.
Change from stop at out, to override at out.
It'll let you print, and you'll get loads more out of your toner before the pages start to fade.

SOURCE: Any way to reset the toner empty sensor on C 3400?
THIS POSSIBLE SOLUTION IS FOR AN OKIDATA C3400N PRINTER ONLY.
You can try taking out the complete toner & drum assembly for the Cyan (or any you have this problem with). To do that you open the top and just lift the recalcitrant assembly straight up. Once it is out, with it oriented exactly as you lifted it out, look on the RIGHT end of the assembly for a small rectangular window - about 1/4" square. It should be about 3/4" below the two metal contact points on that end - near the top that you lifted out about the same level as the toner itself. In that hole, if it looks like the opening is covered (just inside) by a bit of black plastic, take a pointed object (like a straightened paper-clip) and try gently to lift this plastic piece UP - don't stick the clip in too far. If you gently do this (may take a try or two) that piece of plastic should stay UP - allowing you to see a bit farther inside. Replace the assemble, close the door and let the printer recycle.
Just to help you understand what may be happening - this little piece of plastic is supposed to start in the UP position when the toner is new. Eventually, as the toner becomes used up, the piece of plastic is designed to gradually drop down and eventually block the sensor - indicating to the printer that the toner is spent.
I have had this happened to me several times with new toner cartridges - especially with the non-OKI OEM knock-off "compatible" toners. This has always worked for me - but no guarantee it will for you!
The other possibility of course is that you actually have a bad toner, which trying this should help to confirm.

need solutons for xerox phaser 3100 after refill message toner empty. how to reset and usr this cartridge
SOURCE: does anyone know how to reset the toner levels in
Hey, I've just figured this out myself. Here is the procedure:
1. Open the front cover that gives you access to the toners.
2. Press and hold "Secure Print" and "Cancel" at the same time. You will see "K-TNR-STD" display on the screen.
3. Using the "+" and "-" buttons select the toner you want to reset.
4. Press the "Ok" button.
5. It will display "Ok?" and hit the "Ok" button again to reset the toner.
6. Close the lid.
All done!

Here's what I did.
Emptied the waste toner cartridge. Left it out of the machine. Held the microswitch (located to the right of the optical sensors) in the "cartridge in" position with a paperclip. Printed one document. Inserted the waste toner cartridge. Error now gone!
