They dant work and on the plug two wires seemed to have Ben pulled out. I don't know watt coler wire goes where

I had a similar problem on my '86 G30 class-c motorhome. Turns out, the fusible link is on the main post of the starter solenoid. There is a metal conduit to protect the wiring from the heat of the headers, crispy wires were inside!

yes the converter fixed my problem on the tail light wiring. its beacause the stop lights and blinkers are 2 differrent bulbs.

You have to remove the access panel on the interior side of the passenger compartment to access that connector.. it's a simple procedure after you see the wire harness and bulkhead boot.

Just to be sure, check out the bulbs and sockets.
Make sure the two dots sockets (look into the base) is using two dot bulbs.

Check the single brake switch that activate by the brake.
If you has a meter then please check out the contact points.
Sometime this switch move out of aligment.
Dirt can also be part of the problem.

I will apply 12V power to the brake switch socket and make sure the blubs light to rule out wire problem first.

There are 3 wires behind the headlight switch brown+, brown-, and white. All 3 wires are normally clamped together.
I'm not sure what the white does, but when the two brown wires are connected, your parking lights work like they should.
If the brown wire leading from the bundle of cables grounds to the metal switch mount, it will blow your fuse.
If your parking lights don't work, and your rear lights don't come on with the low headlights, these 3 wires could have come undone.
