File 5391ada02 can't be found....monitor is black

Tried running system restore, can't run recovery as monitor is not working...don't want to run recovery as it deletes everything on hard drive.

Unfortunately I find no reference to "File 5391ada02". Now before you go and perform a factory reset, or system restore, boot into safe mode and check to see that all of you drivers are up to date, specifically video card and monitors. You should be able to see something on your monitor while in safe mode.

Pick up a second hand monitor, test your system to see if a signal comes through i.e. you have image on screen. before you do a recovery, perform a back up and restore, to a previous date & time. You may just have a bad monitor.

Testimonial: "Thank you. We tried 2 other monitors so, we are sure it is not the monitor, in trying to restore system it said the file I asked about can't be found."

It could be a driver issue. start your PC in safe mode, check to see if the appropriate drivers are installed, or up to date.

Error 320 then 330 while trying to recovery complete system restore for vista home premium

These issues are normally related to registry conflicts and corruptions. What you can do is to try to fix registry entries by running a Microsoft tool called registry booster. You can download this file and run it on your system. Check the link that is posted below and then try to do a system restore again. If it does not work, maybe the issue is with the contents of the disk you are trying to use to do a complete system restore. Try to request another copy from your manufacturer.

No display on monitor

* verify if all cables are properly connected.
* Perform monitor self test by unplugging the video cable (ex.VGA) from the monitor, if you see colored bars showing on the monitor that means your monitor works fine but if there's NO colored bars showing on the monitor that means the monitor needs to be replaced.
* Go to safe mode, if successful, perform system restore. If system restore fails, run hardware diagnostic by going to F12. If no failure found, perform pc restore, if it still fails-you can reinstall you operating system.
*If all fails, you can contact your manufacturer.

***PLS NOTE that performing PC RESTORE and OPERATING SYSTEM REINSTALLATION will cause DELETION of DATA. IF YOU HAVE IMPORTANT FILES, BACK UP YOUR FILES FIRST BEFORE DOING the suggested resolution.***

Can I rescue deleted photos ?

You can often successfully recover deleted files from a PC, phone or camera memory card or USB Memory stick, it just depends on what's happened since the files were deleted.
When you delete files the data itself isn't deleted, just the index entry that says where the data for those files is located. The space containing the deleted files is also now marked as free space so it is available to the system for any new files to be written there instead.

If and when that happens, then it becomes too late to recover your deleted files so it is very, very important to not save any new files or data to the device concerned.
If the deleted files are on a memory card or USB memory stick, just don't save any new files to it.

One of the easiest ways to see if you can recover deleted files is to try some file recovery software. Recommended this data recovery as it saved my life many times.

Hai,

Thank you for providing details about the issue,
This confirms that the operating system files are corrupted and the computer is not booting up. I understand that you do not have recovery back up on the computer, I request you to order the recovery cd or dvd from the brand vendor for free of cost or you could purchase the operating system and reinstall the operating system. Because we could not help you until we have the recovery partition on the hard drive or recovery cd.

Hope you understand.

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
