  1. From the Finder, choose Utilities from the Go menu. Open the AudioMIDI Setup application.
  2. Click the Add (+) button on the bottom-left corner in the Audio Devices window and chose Create Aggregate Device:
  3. A new aggregate device appears in the list on the left side of the window. To rename the device, double-click it:
  4. With the new aggregate device selected, enable the checkbox labeled "Use" on the left side of the Audio Devices window. Do this for each device you want to include in the aggregate device. The order in which you check the boxes determines the order of the inputs and outputs in applications like Logic and MainStage. For example, the first box you checked will be inputs one and two, the second box checked will be three and four, and so on.
  5. To use the clock of a device as the master clock for all the combined devices, choose the device from the aggregate device's Clock Source pop-up menu. Choose the device with the most reliable clock:
  6. If your audio devices all work with word clock, connect them together using a word clock cable. Connect the cable from the device you designated as Clock Source in step 5 to the input of each other device. Refer to your audio device product documentation for specific details.
  7. If any of your devices do not work with word clock, enable the Drift Correction checkbox for the devices that are not designated clock master.

Speakers on my Pioneer VSX-D466S receiver are not working. Is there an internal fuse that may be blown?

some recievers have a monitor button on them. if it gets pushed your sound wont work. look at the display and see if you see the work monitor. if so you should have a monitor button either on the reciever or the remote. it is a toggle button so just push it till it goes away and sound comes back on. make sure to turn sound back down before pushing this button as you might have turned the volume way up trying to hear it. my wife accidentally pushed it last week and she thougt is was broken untill i got home and simply pushed the button.

I have a pioneer djm mixer 400,I hooked it up to 2cdj mk1002. I want to run them through my pioneer reciever.which is a vsx 1020.im having a problem.IT works okay,if i run the cd player directly to cd...

If your CD player works hooked up to the DJ board, then try hooking the line out of the board into a auxiliary in or line in in or record in on your receiver using the appropriate cables.Try the CD in first and if there is too much signal then use the CD/Tape in. You need to match the output signal of your board to the input signal of your amp. Hope this helps.

I cant seem to hook my pioneer gr 470 equalizer to my pioneer receiver ( vsx-403) what is the proper connection sequence?

tape out from reciever to line in on the eq --then line out from the eq to tape in on the reciever --whenever the tape monitor will be used on the reciever the sound will then be equalized

Need an owners manual

All you have to do is go to Pioneer's USA site and get the PDF file for the manual. You may need to Google search to find that link (just search on model no. and look for Pioneer site link) as it is a retired model. I just purchased one from BB but it was complete.

Pioneer vsz 517 reciever powerd off wont come on

I have a VSX Pioneer. Somewhere either in the back of the rfeceiver or one of the speakers there is an errant wire touching the frame. Check the back of the receiver ald all of the speaker connections. The message is to protect the speaker, but can tke out a channel on the receiver if not corrected.
