If you talking about the motherboard, is the wiring correct, is the harness wired corrected, if both correct, than the issue is the motherboard it self, been connected in correctly, here is idea, go online to manufactures website look up FAQ, see if anyone had this issue and how to fix it.
the only other way control threw windows setting and thats software.
