If you talking about the motherboard, is the wiring correct, is the harness wired corrected, if both correct, than the issue is the motherboard it self, been connected in correctly, here is idea, go online to manufactures website look up FAQ, see if anyone had this issue and how to fix it.

Ifthe volume level is normal using headphones, so clean the speaker side gently with a toothbrush. At times some dust could clog the little holes.

No audio in asus p5k se

click start right click on computer select properties then device manager scroll to sound and video game controllers if you see a yellow question/exclamation mark or a red X the driver will need to

click start control panel hardware and sound manage audio devices right click on your speaker select configure speakers

right click on the speaker icon in the bottom taskbar you will see an array of options select playback devices make sure it has a green tick and the correct speakers are selected

be updated if you computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it although once speakers are connected widows 7 should automatically update the drivers

click start control panel hardware and sound manage audio devices playback you might have to set a default go for via high definition audio then right click on speaker

you might have to configure them then select properties you will see tabs general level in this tab make sure your settings are loud enough also enhancements and advanced from the drop down

list in the advanced tab select dvd quality or another then apply
hope this helps you W7

Sound is not working on tour9630

Internal speaker sound volume is controlled by the rocker switch on the right side - directly below the headset jack. This will control both the private listening mode volume level and the volume of speaker when Speakerphone (or MP3 audio) is selected. The speakerphone mode is toggled on and off by pressing the "$" key (to the right of the "M" key).

Ringer volume is controlled by first selecting one of the seven customizable profiles under the speaker icon on the top left of the screen (below the battery gauge). Move the cursor to highlight the speaker icon and press the track ball. Choose the desired profile: Normal, Loud, Medium, Vibrate Only, Silent, Phone calls Only or All Alerts Off. Repeat the process - but this time scroll all the way past the profile list - and choose "Edit Profiles" instead. Here you can select the profiles one by one (or even add a new one) to customize them to your liking. You decide the sound, volume, etc for all the alerts for each profile. It provides a huge amount of customizing choices.

Finally, you can freely download the 314 page Blackberry Tour 9630 User Guide to learn about all the functions and tips using the phone.

Please rate my reply if it was helpful. Thanks and good luck!

I don't have any sound notification of missed calls or text messages

Hi either you have a loud speaker fault or your phone profile is set to silent, go into the settings then either phone settings or profiles then choose normal, then go into the settings under the normal profile and check you have ringtone chosen and the alarms and alerts are turned on if these are off then your phone wont give out any sound.

let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

E528 volume controls are at max, but sound is low. Please help.

Check your headphone output and check if the volume is the same. If the volume is good, then there's a possibility that the speakers are bad.

Please do these settings and try,
Go to Start > Control Panel > Sound > Speakers/Headphones > Enhancements Tab
Now Tick the "Loudness Equalization" -> Apply / OK

Also tick the "Bass Boost and Low Frequency Protection" plus the "Virtual Sound".
This will make it better. Thanks.
